It is 0612. You have pre-rounded on nine patients, the note on the fourth one says will continue to monitor for the ninth day running, and the prior auth for the drug that would fix the seventh one came back denied. Again. You will appeal. Again.

What these say, and what they never say
Nothing on this site ranks one role above another. An attending and the night shift RN have to be able to wear the same tee, and they can. Nothing points at patients. The jokes are at the system, the software, the schedule and your own exhaustion. That is the whole design constraint and it does not bend.

When these get bought
Match Day, the third Friday of March, when the envelope is opened and someone needs a gift by the party that night. Doctors' Day on 30 March. July 1, when the interns arrive and the PGY-2s regenerate. Graduation in June. The end of a fellowship. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, so for Match Day order the week before.

Can I wear this in clinic?
Under the white coat, most people do. The designs pass the elevator test: nothing about patients, nothing identifying a real case. Your dress code has the final say.
Is Match Day shipping possible?
Order by the second Friday of March. Production is 2 to 5 business days, then transit.
Can our residency class order together?
Yes. Anything over a dozen goes through team orders so the 2XL to 4XL count and the date are planned.
Is there anything for NPs and PAs?
