How it ships
Every Still Charting shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why you get the colourways and sizes you actually want instead of whatever was over-ordered last season.
- Production: typically 2–5 business days
- Transit: added on top of production — you'll get tracking as soon as it leaves
- Where: printed and shipped within the USA
Because each order is made to order, the clock starts when you place it rather than when a box gets picked off a shelf. If you need something by a specific date — a graduation, a Nurses Week handout, a last shift — build in a buffer or get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether it's going to make it.
If something's wrong
Misprint, damage, wrong item, a design that didn't come out the way the listing showed — tell us and we'll fix it. Send a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement.
Sizing and change of mind
Made-to-order printing means we can't restock a returned shirt, so we can't take back a correctly-printed item just because the size wasn't right. Please read the fit notes before you order — and if you're between sizes, size up. The relaxed cut is meant to be worn loose.
If you've ordered the wrong size, get in touch anyway. We'd rather talk it through than have you stuck with something you won't wear.
