What a nurse tee should and should not say
The rule on every design here is the elevator test. A patient's family member reads it over your shoulder between floors and feels fine. That means nothing about difficult patients, frequent flyers or the one adjective the ER has formally banned. The jokes are aimed at the pump, the pager, the pizza and your own exhaustion. That is what makes them wearable on the unit, at the gym after, and at the bar with the day shift.

When nurses buy these
Nurses Week runs 6 to 12 May and the unit gift budget appears about four days before it. New grads finish orientation and want something that says they survived it. Night shift buys for night shift at 0300 with a phone in one hand. Retirement, transfer to days, the end of a travel contract. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, so if it is for a date, order before the week starts.

Can I wear this at work?
Check your dress code for graphic tees. The designs themselves pass the elevator test: nothing about patients, nothing that identifies a real case.
Is there a men's or women's cut?
One unisex cut. Most people who want a fitted look size down one. The size chart has chest and length in inches.
Do you do scrub caps or badge reels?
Not yet. Stickers of the cast are next, then the rest.
Can our unit order together?
Yes. Anything over about a dozen goes through team orders so the sizes and the date are planned rather than fixed.
