Refund policy

Made to order

Every Still Charting shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so we cannot restock a returned shirt and we do not accept returns or exchanges on correctly printed items for change of mind or sizing. Please read the Sizing & Fit page before you order. The Comfort Colors 1717 runs boxy; size down for a closer fit.

If something is wrong

Misprint, damage in transit, wrong item, wrong size sent, or a print that does not match the listing: tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace it at no cost. Email abhinav.b.sinha@gmail.com or use the contact page. Replacements are printed and shipped the same way as a new order, typically 2 to 5 business days in production plus transit.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible we refund the original payment method in full, including shipping. Refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or change a size, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best; once an order is in production it cannot be changed.
