This website is operated by Still Charting. By visiting the site or buying something from us you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time by posting changes here.

Products

Every item is printed to order. Colours on screen and on garment-dyed cotton vary slightly from piece to piece; that is the nature of the garment, not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any design.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Returns

Made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. Misprints and damaged items are replaced; see our Refund policy.

Designs and content

All designs, characters, names and copy on this site are the property of Still Charting and may not be reproduced for sale. Our designs are jokes about working in healthcare; they are not medical advice and never depict real patients or real cases.

Custom and team orders

Custom designs follow the same rule as everything we make: nothing that points at patients and nothing that identifies a real person or case. We may decline a custom request on that basis.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Charting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
